Katie Penrose
Has been in financial recruitment since 1999 and is one of the founding partners of CK Financial Markets. Katie has been successful in completing mandates for clients within sales, trading, investing, structuring and origination. She has gained exposure across corporate credit, distressed debt, securitisation, infrastructure, private credit and real estate. Katie started her career working at two leading Executive Search firms and spent time working in London and Frankfurt.
Clare Harris
Has worked in executive search since 1998 and is a founding partner of CK Financial Markets. Her focus is within Debt and Credit markets in the UK and Europe. Her specialisation includes structured products, infrastructure & renewables, corporate credit and private debt. She has a proven track record working with a number of clients including banks and funds to facilitate team moves and key individual hires. Prior to founding CK Financial Markets, Clare worked for a leading international search firms completing assignments in the UK, Europe and Asia.
