The most effective way to identify and attract the best candidates – particularly for key positions – is through a Retained Search. We will carry out a pro-active and detailed review of the market, analysing competitor’s team structures and documenting market trends.  A longlist of candidates performing that function within the market will be presented and discussed with our client in order to construct a shortlist of recommended candidates. This approach provides the complete picture of talent available and gives a number of candidates to choose from.

Structured Selection

Through this method relevant candidates are selected from our extensive pre existing database. This is less strategic but can also provide a quick solution to hiring particularly at the junior and mid levels.  Candidates are screened, interviewed and thoroughly briefed for the role.

Bespoke Market Intelligence

A key part of our role is to stay close to the market. We can provide specific and targeted reviews including salary surveys and competitor analysis.
